Information on microfilters
Microfilters enable you to use your phone line for broadband and phone calls at the same time with little or no disruption to either service. It is very important that every phone socket that is used in your home is fitted with a microfilter. Please remember to include devices such as SKY boxes and FAX machines.
Depending on the hardware selected you may receive free microfilters. Any additional microfilters required can be purchased from us.
It is also important to note you can only have a maximum of four microfilters. This is to ensure that there is minimum disruption to either your telephony or broadband service.
