How to change your Talk plan

Depending on your phone usage you can switch between Talk packages at any time.

1) To switch from Talk Free to Talk Anytime:

  • Log in to My Account and select the Talk tab from the top navigation bar
  • Click on the link Switch now
  • Select Madasafish Talk Anytime package on the next page and click on the Switch button to submit the change. The date on which changes to your new package will come into effect will be displayed on this page
  • While the switch over is in progress, you will see the message: Upgrade in progress on the main Talk page

To cancel the upgrade

  • Log in to My Account and select the Talk tab from the top navigation bar
  • Click on the link Cancel upgrade
  • Please tick the box next to Cancel upgrade and click on the Submit button should you wish to cancel the process
  • The ‘cancel upgrade' option will be available before the upgrade comes into effect. Making a cancellation before your new package goes live will not affect your existing package details

2) To switch from Talk Anytime to Talk Free:

  • Log in to My Account and select the Talk tab from the top navigation bar
  • Click on the link Downgrade now
  • Select Madasafish Talk Free package on the next page and click on the Switch button to submit the change. The date on which changes to your new package will come into effect will be displayed on this page
  • While the switch over is in progress, you will see the message: Downgrade in progress on the main Talk page

To cancel the downgrade

  • Log in to My Account and select the Talk tab from the top navigation bar
  • Click on the link Cancel downgrade
  • Please tick the box next to Cancel downgrade and click on the Submit button should you wish to cancel the process
  • The ‘cancel downgrade' option will be available before the downgrade comes into effect. Making a cancellation before your new package goes live will not affect your existing package details
