No capacity at local exchange

Unfortunately, there are possibilities whereby BT have no capacity for new broadband connections at some phone exchanges.

Until more capacity becomes available it will not be possible to enable a broadband connection. Whilst BT cannot give us a firm date when additional capacity will be added, we do make it a priority to resolve these issues on a case by case basis.

Our provisioning department will constantly monitor the status of the local exchange and provide regular updates. If your order is delayed for a "No Capacity" issue, your order gets placed in a queue and will be provisioned as soon as BT make extra capacity available.
